I met Jonathan Auxier (Peter Nimble and His Fantastic Eyes), D.J. MacHale, and Brandon Mull at a local event my area holds every year called the Cavalcade of Authors. It was epic, and Auxier did yoyo tricks during his talk.

I've actually met quite a few authors, (there's Ellie Marnie, Will Kostakis, Allyse Near, Amie Kaufman, Melissa Keil, Simmone Howell, Vikki Wakefield, Barry Johnsberg and a few others) but they're not necessarily well known unless you're into Aussie YA... So, I'm a kinda-sorta-maybe.

I've only met one author, Cassandra Clare, at a book signing for the release of Clockwork Princess. It was great. I walked up to her, she smiled and asked how I was, and I choked on my words and walked away in shame. Haha

You met Pat Rothfuss at Costco?!
Oh my gosh that would be amazing and hilarious at the same time. What was he buying @Jumpyspot?

I've met two "real" authors in my life (those who have a lot of publicity)

Ellen Hopkins- Literacy festival
James Rollins- Went to Barnes and Noble and ran into him getting set up for a book signing

I'd love to meet George RR Martin, even though he scares me a little.

And Brandon Sanderson is a professor at my school, so hopefully I'll get to meet him/take his class xD.

I've met Brandon Mull, James Dashner, J Scott Savage, Lisa Mangum, and Shannon Hale.

Dorian, are you the one adding all the spices to our food?
Of course I am.
Why?
Because frankly the food here tastes like poorly cooked sawdust. It genuinely tastes how Solas looks.
