Are you one of those people is the most inspired by the pitter patter of raindrops on the roof? Or does it matter at all?

For me, rain is probably the most inspiring.

I love the rain and will spend the calmer storms pacing around in it thinking, the background noise helping my imagination, the feeling of water all around me and the smells of thick humidity painting a world hard to imagine in any other weather.
Self quoting is the key to sounding wise and all knowing.

Really depends on my mood and the content, but usually rainy days are the best.

When an idea strikes, that's when I start to write. So I'm not accustomed to any specific weather. :)

Cloudy! That's because, I usually write when my mind is clouded with thoughts of many things, to most of which I got no clue of what's why.

Usually I write best when the weather is cloudy. Since my desk faces the window if the sun is out and it's past noon it gets in my eyes, and I get super anxious when it rains at all.

I like rain, because it gives me a reason to stay inside and work. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to have time to just think!

For all the other rain-inspired people, here's a cool site that sounds like a rain storm: http://www.rainymood.com/

Anything goes for me, really, but when it's sunny I take my notepad and pen and walk to a park. It's nice to write and read outside sometimes :3

I think I like writing in the rain because I'm Scottish and rain reminds me of the summer and camping. It just feels comfortable and homey :)

Any time is good if you have inspiration, but when it's rainy or cold, I don't feel the need to go outside...

I like it to be cloudy. Sunny is too distracting, rainy generally means it feels dark and dreary. Cloudy is just the perfect in between. It's calming but not distracting.

When it's sunny I usually get anxious when walking outside, so when I come back in again, I get a lot of energy and ideas.
