List the following things when introducing your existing or imagined Norse characters they will be gods, you can chose different races of mythological beings or you could just be a viking, but if you are just a viking do tell how you wound up in Asgard of all places. Oden sounding outraged,"I call a Meeting and you are the only ones who come?!" Then more sadly and desperately,"So few of you...."

"Well, there could be worse." Alaina puts her hands on her hips, looking at Oden.

"She has a point. None of us could have shown up." Hein replied with a smile. "I was honestly thinking of skipping as well..." She trailed off and tilted her head to the side thoughtfully, wondering if it was to late to leave.

((oh and Alaina is stubborn as an Ox, and she is a smartass.))

Alaina stands there, and smiles at the girl. She likes her already.

"Hela comes, how could it be worse! Ever since Thor met that mortal and went to earth, our defense hasn't been the same. Not one of my sons..." He says worriedly. "But, father I am here," Some one strides from the shadows.

Freya
The wife of Odin, I sigh. I find myself yet again in the arms of one of the warriors of Asgard. I just wish to seek pleasure, but my dear Odin cannot provide it for me.
I look out at the sky and see it is almost dark. I curse silently to myself and rush into my gorgeous pale pink gown and run down the stairs into the hall where Odin has called a meeting.
"Ah, sorry my dear I didn't mean to be late, I had a headache and needed to rest it off." I feign a hand on my head and give a weakhearted smile. Lying was so easy when it came to Odin, of course he could easily locate me whenever he wished, but he understands my desires and how all I wish to do is seak to provide pleasure.
I grip one hand on my necklace, the one so masterfully crafted for me, the elves who made it put all their skill and effort into it. In return I payed them each a night with me in their arms. Of course my darling Odin, he doesn't know the payment I gave in return for my necklace, but he knows how dear it is to me, and how it amplifies my ability to weave around some of the threads of destiny, a talent I barely ever use.
I take my place beside Odin and smile at those in the room, and bow my head in apology for being late.

Loki smiles cunningly, "Mother what a beautiful necklace you have there, you should tell me where of which you got it some time"
Oden looks over at Freya his worried expressing softening,"Tease not thy mother Loki, do tell why you have chosen my side in this battle?"
Loki chuckles darkly,"When its you or Hela father, it is you or death, a death even I cannot escape."
