Is anyone able to help me with Anatomy and Physiology at all? i have got a lot of things to learn for my exam this term.

Students must be able to use their portfolios to identify tissues, cell types, features and structures.
Students must be able to cite evidence from photos to justify their identification of features of histological tissues.
Students must be able to explain the purpose of features identified from histological images.
Students must be able to recall, explain, provide examples and use information on the following topics:
Mitosis – Interphase, prophase, metaphase anaphase and telophase
Meiosis – phases and differences between mitosis and meiosis
The processes involved in embryonic gender assignment
The process of spermatogenesis
The female menstrual cycle
The roles of oestrogen and progesterone in the cycle
The role of the corpus luteum in pregnancy
Positive and negative feedback cycles
Tissues – epithelial, connective, muscle and nervous
Bones and joints
Striated muscle
Sliding filament theory
Sarcomere – draw and label bands during relaxation and contraction
Biochemical events during contraction
Compare cardiac, skeletal and smooth muscle
Digestive system and the roles of each section
Chemical and mechanical digestion
Enzymes in every section of the digestion system, the nutrient they work on and the product of digestion
Comparison of digestive system for different organisms with different diets
Blood flow through the heart and body –explain and/or diagram indicating oxygenation and deoxygenation
Role of valves
Features of cardiac muscle cells and action potential conduction
Generation of heart rhythm
Systolic and diastolic blood pressure
Features of arteries, veins and capillaries – compare
Oxygen haemoglobin dissociation curve – draw, use, explain and interpret variation
