I think it's Leev-aye. There's a kid called Levi at my school and we all pronounce his name as "Leev-aye".

Mormon high school. It was "Leev-aye" consistently. And I heard the name a lot.

In Hebrew, I believe the name Levi is pronounced Lay-vee, but I've heard the anglicized name most commonly pronounced Lee-vaye. :)
