Hey, all. I'm looking for some information on guide dogs.

Specifically, what does a dog's harness look like?
How quickly can a skilled person put in on him or her?

Also, guide-dog harnesses are designed for the blind to use, right? The dog basically walks into it, so his neck is as it is in the picture, and the owner puts the strap behind his legs. Shouldn't take long, once you know where the strap is.
