Katie

"Can I tell you how we first started dating?" I ask.

Chance

I nod, smiling as I look at her.

Katie

"Well, I was dating the best football player on the team because I was the head cheer leader. I think I wanted to like him, but it was hard to. Well after the big game of the year, he took me into the guys locker room and wanted me to have sex with him. I told him, I was not going to, because I wanted to wait till we got married. He got so mad and tried to force me into it. Then, you came in." I say smiling. "You asked him if he loved me and he said of course I do. Then you said, if you truely loved a girl amazing as me, you would wait until the end of the ages for her."

Chance

I smile lightly, wishing I could remember it, "What happened after that?"

Katie


"He left. I cried and you held me in your arms until I stopped." I say, smiling.

Chance

I look at her, still smiling, "I'm guessing you broke it off with him. Did I ask you out afterwards, or was it more of an unspoken connection?"

Katie

"I did break him off. As for asking me out, you kissed me and that was your question. I kissed you back in responce."

Chance

I nod and squeeze her hand, "How did things go from there?"

Katie

I smile and wrap my arms around him. "Things went great. We went on a lot of fun dates as you saw. When I brought you to meet my parents, they fell in love with you. Everything was perfect and it still is."

Chance

I smile and wrap my arms back around her, "Do your parents know about what happened to me?"

Katie

I nod. "They are the ones that told me. They drove me to the Hospital, because I was too hysterical to drive. "

Chance

I glance ahead, "I don't remember you being there when I woke up. Maybe it was the drugs... I don't know. Did you stay?"

Katie

"I did. Your parents and mine thought it would be a good idea if we waited until you were stable to drop the bomb about us dating. I was there even when you did not see me though. I know this is going to sound weird, but the doctor would only let me in when you were asleep, so I stayed it that green chair until you left the hospital." I say.

Chance

I nod and flash a smile, wrapping an arm around her waist again, "It doesn't sound all that weird. When I was sleeping was when I felt the safest, the least confused. Makes sense now."

Katie

I smile and walk closely to him. "Really?"
