Alright since the last thread got lost I'll start us off again.

We still need more people on board for some of the May events so please sign up below:

May Junior Mods Hiring
Who wants to run it this year and get our shortlist together? We're looking to promote a JM to Big Brother and this would be a tick by your name.

May review contest
Are we having a theme this time? I know @Lauren2010 was keen to take this one but any volunteers to help her?

May Workshops
I've forgotten what was going on with the other crews but I believe @Elinor%20Brynn was going to do something for Storybooks?

I've not got time to add the other events yet/ can't remember all of them but feel free to edit my post.

You called it this time last year and you're not wriggling out of it now. Get planning.

If I may make a suggestion, poetry is looking a bit slim this year, so extra brownie points for whoever recruits more P-bodies. Also, accepting point bribes. BUT NO MORE REVIEW BRIBES. I won't accept any more snarky comments about my capitalization choices.

I'm not around much lately, so I might've missed the info, but. Did we say we'd do this with non-mods to become JMs too, as first trial round for the new system change we discussed at some point in January? If so, shall we let everyone have the option of applying, or only those who have enough reviews and age (as in YWS age) behind them?
And who's putting together the "CV template"? We should totes have those...

Generic CV templates are usually very bad, but I think someone promised to do a CV/Resume writing workshop. Forgot who though... we lost that in the deleted staff forum, unfortunately.

Hah, maybe we should have a generic cv template and then only accept those who don't follow it and demonstrate that they're able to think out of the box when it's the best to do so =P

I think @Meshugenah was doing the CV template? But yes, I definitely don't want people submitting off template.
