Squire Horisun peers into the Great Hall, having defeated ten Green Room Fiends. Knight Horisun's Log

The Commander strode into the Great Hall. The Great Hall was buzzing this month with many knights mingling about. It appeared Social Month was in full swing. Truly a lovely sight. Spotting some knights and squires waiting in line The Commander quickly made for the throne, trying not to get sucked into any of the rather interesting activities taking place.

The Commander gestured for Knight Alice(@DreamyAlice) to come forward. "It seems you have been quite busy. Your documents appears to be in order. You will soon be escorted to the stables to meet your new friend Hoshi. Please do remember to stop by the armory later and they'll have you fitted up with armor right away to head back into the fray of the green room. We wish you safe and speedy travels ahead."

The Commander then turned to the next knight in line.

"Knight EagleFly (@Dossereana) It is always a pleasure to see a knight return from a long journey. I see you have slain many beasts since you're last visit. You have indeed earned a coat of arms. You may find this helpful in designing it. May you take down many more green room beasts!"

The Commander turned to the final figure. Squire Horisun (@Horisun) it appears you have completed your training by defeating ten green room beasts. Kneel now and accept your knighthood. Huzzah! You will now be known as Knight Horisum. A word of advice for your future exploits. Never use your shield as a dinner plate."

The Commander stood up. "If you will now excuse me, there is a raccoon I must talk to." The Commander strode off.

Knight Liminality walks into the Great Hall carrying 105 white flags in a wagon behind her. "I think I have defeated enough Green Room beasts for a set of full armour, a jousting lance and a Coat of Arms."

Knight Alliyah, Court Magician was sitting at an oak desk carefully sorting feathers by color. Blue, Brown, Brown, Grey, uh... Gray, Grey... Brown

"Are you seriously putting "Grey" and "Gray" in different categories?" Knight @looseleaf asked.

"Well... yes. We need to keep things very carefully logged if we want to find the Golden Goose." Alliyah had actually been one of the knights to stumble upon a completely cleared Green Room and find a golden goose way back in 2018 so she felt that the weight of this recent mission issued by the @KotGRCommander was especially important.

[i]"Well maybe you could have @ReviewBuddy help you with that later? We are starting to get a line!" Knight Looseleaf said back pulling out a clipboard.

Knight @KateHardy came in with 5 piglets each wearing a helmet trailing behind them, "I heard there was a new challenge?"

Okay, okay let's get our armory caught up first and then we'll get to the challenge comrades, but yes, the feathers will have to happen another time. Maybe Knight @Plume or @Quillfeather could assist later, I think I have 15 pounds of feathers in all, so it may be a little tedious without some help.

Knight Alliyah stood up and greeted Knight Liminality (@Liminality) with a special poetry salute in iambic pentameter, "Knight Lim, thank you so much for your patience while I've been a little distracted by the feather situation - your full set of armour, jousting lance and coat of arms will be delivered to your quarters on express order. Just send your coat of arms design to the castle artisans once it's been drafted and everything will be in order. Thank you for all your reviewing service!"

Knight @alliyah spotted @LadySpark with all her paperwork in order and a few poetry journals open on the floor "@LadySpark, your reviewing has been known throughout the Green Room for many years, and our need in the Green Room is greater than ever - we wish you well on your journey to knighthood and for now officially make you a Squire and entrust you with this Training Knives once you have collected 10 Green Room Reviews in your numbered log, please return and we'll get your knighthood in order, best of luck! And Huzzah!"

Knight @Spearmint and Knight @Hijinks gave Spark a high five as she quickly made her way out the Great Hall doors eager to join the fray again in midst of the ongoing Review Day.

Suddenly, the @KotGRCommander burst into the Great Hall and again the honking could be sound with increased volume, curious knights and squires looked around for the source as the Commander marched up the Hall to the front.

The Commander held up a single, shining Golden Feather up into the air - and the knights let out a gasp. "Comrades! The time has come! It has been years since the Golden Goose's honking has filled these halls, it is time that we find her yet again and see the floor of the Green Room once more! The Chase is On!

I am issuing a New Main Challenge for all available knights to join the search and log TEN Green Room reviews from June 1 to August 1 in the Main Challenge Thread to help us in our quest to find the goose.

There are nearly 300 foes between us and the goose, but if every knight, and even some of the villagers contribute, I believe we will be able to find the rare hen!

To assist in these efforts I am also adding TWO new members of the KotGR Court to assist me with my official duties.

Knight Looseleaf (@looseleaf) has agreed to take on the role of Court Accountant

and Knight KateHardy, Dragon Knight (@KateHardy) has agreed to work as our Court Standard Bearer

Knight Spearmint stumbles into the Great Hall, carrying a dusty knapsack and her trusty mint spear. She brushes some leaves off her shield. "Hey, is that a goose feather?" Knight Spearmint squints at the feather, but unfortunately, it isn't golden. She shrugs and tosses it to the wind. The wind is kind enough to whisk the feather out of the double doors and into the wider world, where it may have fabulous adventures.

Why was Spearmint here again? "Oh, right!" She reaches into her knapsack and pulls out her log of reviews. "Gosh, I haven't claimed items in a while. But now I have defeated 100 Green Beasts and would like to claim a helmet, a horse, full armor, a jousting lance, and a coat of arms!" She happily flips her shield and sets it on the floor, then uses it as a seat. Knight Spearmint sniffs the tip of her spear. Hmm... she really should work on getting those spearmint scent diffusers installed into it soon.
