This is my last official color to tackle for NaPo and just like last year for my final day I decided to write a poem styled off of a poem @Kaylaa wrote in 2017, which uses a piece of every NaPo thread title - I think I managed to get at least a word of each one in here. See if you can find the words from your NaPo title in the poem!
There are still a couple poems I started in April that I might tack on to the end of the thread, but now seems like a fitting time to say a huge thank you to everyone who followed my thread, hit the "like" button, commented or encouraged me. You are all seriously wonderful and I can't thank you enough.
you should know i am a time traveler & there is no season as achingly temporary as now
I like how your NaPo touched upon really diverse themes- from homesickness to love to religious themes and what not. It was fun to read to say the least!
You either worship something higher than yourself or end up worshiping yourself
I realize NaPo is over - but I had about 5 more poems started to go with the thread, and these 2 I'll have to post, I think they give some closure to the collection. The top portions in the little squares are from poems I wrote for my NaPo 2018, that I thought would be interesting to recycle. Thanks for reading!
