Oh jeez. Apparently, I'm stupid enough to consider doing something like this after NaNoWriMo's side effects, which actually lasted into December (including, but not limited to, hallucinations, heavy breathing, talking to characters, headaches, rants, and the occasional loss of my life ).

Not really. :) I know this is kind of 8 days late, but after seeing everyone's amazing threads for their NaPo's, I decided to do the same! So, here's 1/30! IT'S KIND OF BAD, ACTUALLY.

-If You're Willing-

There's a magical place
on the edge of the woods-
if you're willing to walk there.
-
There's a beautiful song
void of any wrong-
if you're willing to listen.
-
There's a wonderful person
under layers of dirt-
if you're willing to look.
-
There's a star-lit sky
underneath God's eye-
if you're willing to imagine.
-
There's something good
in every day-
if you're willing to find it.

(I promise, I have been writing - it's just really hard to keep it updated with YWS. ;) )

A/N: I've said before that some of my poems don't make sense, but this one I utterly hate (and it also doesn't make sense). One of my least favorites, to be honest.

2/30

-Lawyer Case-
You say you kicked a man
in the eye...
Made him start to cry.

And then you say he lunged
for your throat.
He looked like an angry goat?

But then you managed
to find an escape.
Although you're out of shape?

And if I'm hearing correctly,
the man then grabbed a knife.
Through all this pain and strife?

And finally, you called
the police.
Right before he could "release"?

...

Well as your lawyer,
this is a very weird case-
but why'd you do it in the first place?
