WRITING PROMPT CONTEST WITH AWARDS

In 500-2000 words, write and post a story with the prompt: A young boy approaches the old man's house with the daily delivery of bread, but this time there is a strange green glow coming from the dilapidated house's crooked and foggy second-story window.

I will give a review and pay for each submission, PLUS winner gets an extra 1000 points. Submission deadline is January 10th, 23:59, local time
