It's not that videogames are bad but it can get addictive. It totally depends on the person. I know I am that kind of guy who is going to get addicted so I prefer to keep my distance from it. okay that sounds preachy

You could also say that about Chess and a lot of board games. It's not supposed to be exactly like real life.

Board games are on boards. People know they're not real. Video games on the other hand influence so many people into thinking that what goes on is realistic. Like for example how many books here have people drawing huge swords from the back like in literally every video game. The truth is you can't draw any kind of longer sword from your back. And this is one things. There are so many other places especially related to guns.
