LadyJackalope says...

Lady Jackalope had spent years searching for The Hill. A legend as old as humankind. No one knew what power, if any, The Hill holds, only that to possess it is the epitome of earthly experience. She surveyed the landscape in front of her and, while it held many hills, she did not see anything as majestic as The Hill that the legend described.

She wandered further, letting her feet take her where they would, not trusting her brain to lead her. This was a quest of the heart. Days and weeks blended together and time became insignificant. All that mattered was that her quest would end at The Hill. Finally, at dawn on the 2,943rd day of her search, she saw It in the distance. The sun was rising behind It, illuminating The Hill in all It's splendor. The Hill was carpeted with green grass, a single tree grew out of the top of The Hill on a slant, overshadowing the North side of The Hill, pointing towards the ocean that glistened in the distance. It was magnificent. It was beautiful. It was everything she had ever hoped to find and more. And it was hers. Her search finally over, she lost all sense of dramatic decorum and scrambled towards the hill in a rush. She clambered up the side of The Hill, reveling in the feeling of the grass under her feet, grass that was softer than any other grass because nothing less could be expected of something that grew on The Hill.

Lady Jackalope, recovering some sense of the dramatic, slowly pulled her flag from her pack and planted it on the very top of The Hill. A breeze coming from Nowhere and heading towards Obscurity lifted her flag and caused it to flap about gently. Lady Jackalope's insignia of two gold katanas on a black background looked suitably impressive framed against the still rising sun. She allowed a smile to break out over her face as she sat down on The Hill, leaning against the tree. She knew people would come. Now that The Hill had been found, there would never be peace. For now, however, she would sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.

The rules to this game are simple, claim the hill by getting rid of the last King of the Hill in as dramatic and creative a way as possible and then dramatically plant your flag. If you get kicked off, get back up, piece yourself back together, and try again! Remember, death is no obstacle when The Hill is there to claim and no other hill will ever compare to this one!
