Weekdays, definitely. Ever since commissions and submissions to contests and fellowships took over being my MSoI, I've been serious about keeping my writing and editing sacred during normal business days and hours. Evenings and weekends are free for fun and loose things, so lotsa Storybooking and vidya happen.

I definitely write more on the weekends, at least during the school year, because I'm so busy during the week I'm lucky if I can get 300 words in a day.

I write more when I work, because I'm in a getting-things-done headspace. So I open up the laptop on my breaks and lunch and crank out the words. I work some weekend days and some week days, so at present it mostly depends on that.
Weekdays mostly, but it all depends on my mood. My brain has always been wired to think I need to do lazy stuff on the weekend or go out and do fun things. Sometimes I break the status quo though as I did last weekend. I also tend to be more creative between the hours of 8 and 2 AM. That's usually when I play games, watch TV, or waste away doing whatever. I quit drinking, so my weekends are not exactly, as the kids say these days, "lit".

For me, it doesn't matter whether when I write it's on a weekday or during the weekend, it really depends on the mood and inspiration I have at the moment, and maybe also I sometimes try to write when I have free time, but then, only poems.
