I have no idea what's gonna be pasted.

Little itty bitty paws in the air.
Their nose, pinkly new
Fuzzy coats of fur
That sheds so often.

The wide curious eyes
Mischievous play
Romping, rolling
The bravest of creatures

Your whiskers tickling my nose
Sleek and sure
Teetering on new feet
But confident in your abilities

Coming closer, closer
Brushing my legs
Warm body, displaying affection
With the fur that sheds so often

Oh right. The poem I was working on.

The receptionist had her head bent over her work.

You know that feeling,
when you think you know?
You know that feeling,
that you do not want to show?
It puts anxiety in a hidden row.

It is like comprehension and confusion,
Making out in your mind,
Pretending not to care,
To share what they find.
Perhaps they think you are blind.

You want to be buried,
You want to be alive.
You want to be flying,
And yet, you want to dive.
How, you ask yourself, how do you drive?

Put on a show,
hiding and seeking,
When you really are tired,
But you can still public speaking.
Stop it, you are not really shrinking.

You are bigger than life,
Believe it or not,
It is an elusive game,
It is difficult to be taught.
It’s like the fly back then, you wanted to caught.

That new slippery fact,
Is, in fact, pretty old,
You just did not acknowledge it,
When it was time to get bold.
Remember you lied there, cried and crawled?

This would like to end,
And I know you might, too,
We just have to stop, and act,
Even when it feels all blue.
I believe in you.
