So, it's the place to write the roleplay. No discussion about characters here. Here's the link to The OOC thread
God of mindlessness OOC
Rules:
1)Every character has to introduce themselves in the first post.
2)We will write in third person. That would be more flexible I think.
3) No discussion about characters here

Myr, a 15 year old innocent girl was wondering what would have happened if the world turns upside down? She knows the answer– she will be in a place where the temperature rarely rises above 6degree celsius. She is so much fond of coldness that no human tounge can render any account of. But, who could have thought that it would become the reality!

AMELIA WILLIAM

Spoiler! :
name: Amelia William. Age: near 40. Description: short red curly hair and green eyes. Chubby cheeks and a welcoming grin.

The kitchen was a mess
The living room was a mess
Almost everything in the house was a mess.
A woman sat on the dining table with her flaming red hair untamed and sprawled in front of her on the table. She was bent over a large chart, colouring it with gold and silver. Amelia William, a woman near 40, with flaming red hair curling around her shoulders, wasn’t usually such a mess.
Usually, her red hair was tied in a neat ponytail, and her apron wasn’t so messy. She also had a warm smile on her face.
But not today
Today, she was frowning.
Today, her hair was untamed
And today, she was doing schoolwork
No, she was not a student.
She was a teacher.
An art teacher, to be more specific.
Amelia liked her job mainly because she did not need to do a lot of work.
While she enjoyed her tacos during lunchtime, other teachers were checking homework and exam papers.
But as soon as the annual dance neared, every decoration was left on HER.

So that afternoon, Amelia William, instead of enjoying the warm sunlight, was finishing the decorations.

Amelia looked at the stairs. She thought she heard a strange jingling sound. Shaking her head, she muttered “It’s probably just Myr.”
Myr was her 15 year old daughter, who was currently in her room, studying.

Suddenly, the light dimmed. Presently, no artificial lights were switched on, and Amelia was just using the sunlight. But the sunlight had suddenly vanished.
Puzzled, Amelia walked the length of the room to the window at the far end of the corner.
A cold wind ruffled her hair as she walked
Her footsteps shivered.
Amelia peeked out.
Winter had suddenly announced its arrival by a thunderstorm.
But winter wasn’t supposed to arrive,
Was it?
Amelia watched, horrified, as her beloved, most precious rose bush lay on the mercy of the winds.
Uprooted.

A sudden anger filled in Amelia.
She would not let an angry wind uproot her rose.
And that’s one Amelia made a brave, courageous decision.
She decided to go out.
There were clothes on the railing, anyway.

Filled with courage, Amelia shouted at Myr to bring her a blanket.
Myr ran downstairs with the blanket in her hands.
Myr was taller than her mother. She was thin and long, with freckles and the same fiery red and curly hair as her mother.
Myr gave a frightened and puzzled whimper as she handed her mother the blanket.
Her mother pushed the blanket over her head.
She peeked her head out of the blanket, rolling up her sleeves.
She was going to save her rose.

Josh William

Spoiler! :
Name: Josh William. Age: Near 40. Description: Tall with dark chestnut brown hair. (Though you can't usually see it because he is usually always wearing his favorite black and grey cap.) Baby blue eyes. Extra info: Is married to Amelia William. Is the father of Myr William. Has a bit of a temper. Is very practical and doesn't believe in magic.

Josh bolted outside to see what was going on when he suddenly saw Amelia and Myr (the only two people he truly cared about) standing outside in the terrible wind trying to save Amelia's favorite rose bush. His eyes grew wide with fear as he ran out to try and help them.

"What in the world are you two doing!" He shouted, trying to compete with the wind.

"I'm saving my dear rose bush!" Amelia replied. Her eyes filled with worry.

"Let's bring it inside! I believe we have a pot in there!" Amelia and Myr nodded in agreement as they came back inside. It was easier this time because the wind was in their favor. As the door slammed shut the three all began to catch their breath.

"What is happening out there?" Josh asked in confusion.

"Not sure," Myr replied. "Maybe there will be something on the news!" She reached for the remote and turned it on.

"Caution! Do not go outside by any means! Either hide in your house or even better in your basement. If you do not have a basement make sure you are at the lowest point in your house." Grimmly spoke the news reporter. "Scientists are still trying to find the cause of these extreme winds. Do not worry, we will send a global warning if things get worse."

The three then grabbed some food and other necessities and went into their basement. None of them knew what to say so they all just sat there quietly. Occasionally one would make a sly joke or ask a question but besides that, all that could be heard was the gusty wind. Echoing through the basement.
"Writing is a place where you can be who you are."

It was fortunate for Myr that her head didn't go deranged. She couldn't comprehend what had happened. Did the world really turned upside down!?, she thought, But, how can that be true? She was merely wondering.No,no. It's impractical. Then she remembered of the news which told that the Scientists couldn't find any reason for the phenomena which was occuring. The external world was too silent except the sound of the cold wind which was entering their house making their house as cold as ice. However, internally, her impractical heart and her practical head was literally fighting with each other creating a chaos and she felt dizzy.
