Lilly stared where Kara had been, she wanted to say something, but because of how rude it would sound, she refrained, instead, she said, "I wish he'd stay, actually. I wish there was some way to help him," Lilly then looked down, her eyes watering.
"I don't think there's anything we can do, Red. None of us can do anything right now. All we can do is hope he wakes up and sees just how much good he could do," she replied, her voice cracking. "Though I do wish there was something...." she broke off.
"Honestly, I don't think anything can help Kara but himself. I don't think asking his kids to convince him or even bringing his wife back to life would change him." RedBear tightened his hug. "The only way I think would change him, would be for him to make a conscious effort to change himself, to make himself a better person."

He looked down at her. "I don't know..." RedBear went a silent for a moment. "Sometimes I feel like he enjoys being crazy. Maybe he does this all because he generally wants to and enjoys it and not because he has an 'infected' mind shall we say. Even if his wife was here he probably would still be killing people."
