Walks through Academy entrance and looks around, shuffles off into a corner and rests foot against wall.

Avery caught someone walking through the doors. The dining hall doors were open, so he could see very well what was going on outside in the halls. He whistled under his breath.

"I'll be right back. The more friends, the merrier." he said under his breath.

He slipped out of the dining hall, and at that very moment, the ear piercing bell rung, signaling that dinner was over. Avery let out a soft chuckle and strode towards Aradia. "Hello, fair lady." he said, grinning.

She noticed someone moving towards her, bracing herself for conversation, she removed her foot from the wall to seem more inviting.

"Hello there, is there something I can help you with?" She asked politely, her purple hair falling over her shoulder.

"Nope, nothing that I can think of right now." he said, sticking out his hand for her to shake. "I'm Avery. Avery Ashton. Newbie here. Came yesterday morning."

She returned the gesture, leaning forward off the wall completely.

"Aradia, also a newbie. It's nice to meet someone straight away." She replied with a cautious smile, her purple eyes shining as she peaks into his mind. Seeing it was ok, she gave him a full warm smile.

Cleona watched this exchange and snorted into her juice. She muttered something under her breath, then stood up. "I'm going outside. Want to come?" She asked Mercury, heading for the doors.

Avery smiled brightly at Aradia. "I met some other girls just now. Wanna come explore this Academy with us? I bet the other two would love to have someone else in our friend - ish - group." he explained, shifting to his left foot.

Aradia looked around quickly before looking back at Avery.

"Sure, what harm could it do?" She smiled.

Cleona stopped next to them. "Hello." She said with a smile, pushing her thick gold and black hair off of her face. "I'm Cleona Ptolemy." She extended a hand to the girl.

She watched as a girl approached her.

"Aradia, no last name unfortunately." She said as she grasped the girls hand gently.

Mercury walked up “hello I’m mercury” she said and smiled
