Herobrine - having almost forgotten that Mal was still inside Lasan's coat - turned his attention to the conversation for the same reason that Nubes had started it. "...How is that comfortable?" he asked.

"Big coat," Gluttony commented from a short distance away.

"And big boyfriend," Nubes said with a grin.

Mal raised a claw over Lasan's coat, flipping Nubes off.

Briar half-listened to the conversation.

It was difficult, keeping focused. She was beginning to realize just how big a problem the cold was, and how much she disliked it. She never thought she'd envy someone made to hide away in an overlarge coat, but here she was.

She closed her eyes and banished the unhelpful thoughts from her head.

She had to think.

What came next?

How did she get home?

Gluttony gasped when he saw the finger being raised. Try as she might to shelter him, Lust knew that Gluttony had seen the gesture a few times. She had a sneaking suspicion that Roy or Jean were at fault - or maybe even both of them - but at least he knew that it was a bad thing for him to do.

"Hm?" Nubes said, glancing over at Gluttony. "Is something wrong?"

"Bird," Gluttony quietly whispered, staring up at Nubes with wide eyes as he sucked his finger again.

Herobrine, who hadn't seen the finger or would have even known what it meant if he had, turned and stared at the group. "...Bird?" he asked, confusion flickering across his face.

Gluttony just nodded.

Briar turned to them, frowning, "Do you see a bird?" she asked.

Gluttony - skin pale and eyes still wide - gave a big nod again.

"Point it out," it sounded like an order, and in a way it was, but perhaps she was too harsh in delivery. Gluttony didn't appear to act all that mature, there was a chance he wouldn't respond well to commands like that.

Gluttony stared at Briar - fear clearly written on his face as his sister took a closer step towards him - and pointed a spit-covered finger in Lasan's direction.

She looked where he pointed.

Nubes shook his head. "It was just the gesture," he explained. "It's a bit of a rude one, though is there any particular reason you dislike it, Gluttony?"

"Says it's bad," Gluttony informed the group. He looked up at Lust. "Not supposed to do it. Get mad at Jean and Roy."

Lust gave a small, almost sheepish smile at the comment. "He's talking about my boyfriend and his best friend," she admitted. "I've told them not to do things like that around Gluttony so he doesn't pick it up."

Briar relaxed and went back to surveying their surroundings without comment. It was going to be difficult traveling with someone so childish, but she wasn't going to complain, even if she wanted to. It was better to keep quiet and be frustrated in peace.

"It seems like it's a tad too late for that," Nubes said, talking a little louder to be heard over the wind.
