This is a Dungeons & Dragons type roleplay. It will follow the rules of D&D, like classes, dice rolling, items and statistics, however it will not follow D&D lore.

You are dragged from your cell by dwarven soldiers and led to a small and claustrophobic room. The magical torches mounted on the walls paint your vision a gastly shade of green. You glance around at your fellow prisoners, their faces appearing gaunt and ghoulish in the flickering light.

You are to be a fighter in the great arena of the dwarves, named after their greatest gladiator, The Colesseum of Mirdilan. The reason you have been condemned to this fate is known only by yourself.

The captain of the soldiers marches into the centre of the room, and begins barking out orders like a wild dog howling. You are made to stand against the wall. The captain, in a voice dripping with malice, then tells you and the other prisoners that they will be split into two groups and that these groups will be forced to fight the other to the death for the crowd's amusement.

The guards give you weapons and equipment before leading your group through a narrow corridor un you reach a foreboding gate. Through the gate you can hear the metallic ringing of sword clashing against sword, fighting in a ferocious frenzy, while the audience watches, enraptured by the morbid spectacle of death.

You look through the gate, then at the other prisoners, and lastly at the guards. What will you do?
