"No, that's not a time paradox, don't worry," Maggie reassures him.

"In which case, push comes to shove, I'm Loading my State and taking care of those things myself. Nobody needs to die due to any accidents, lack of action, or anything. I've seen enough death in my time to warrant not needing to see it again, no matter what the reason." Sacred turns back around, fixing his gaze forwards.

"Still not a paradox."

So I can't use it to fight the angels.

"Paradoxes aside, we should probably keep going," Zogin interrupted, growing impatient with each comment. "I feel like we've been in this tunnel for a month."

"Now that would be some kind of time paradox," Bo joked with a smile, holding up a finger and pointing at Zogin. His hand slowly lowered though, as he realized the fault in his own statement. "Er... uh... I mean, nevermind."

"Heh. I actually felt compelled to laugh at that. Nice one." Sacred smirks, chuckling a bit.

Bo smiled, and pointed finger guns happily at Sacred. "Eyyyy, I try, I try."

Chris didn't get it.

"That's not correct, but it's funny anyway," Maggie laughed.

Zogin coughed. "Remember the bit where I said we should keep going?"

Soul, who had been laughing at Bo's antics, fell silent when he realized that Zogin had a point. It was impossible to tell how soon the reapers would arrive. For all that they knew, they already had and had descended into the passage.

"OH." Bo cleared his throat with a cough, holding a fist to his mouth for a moment. "Yes. Sorry. We should get moving, yes."

Chris is really far ahead, not having talked at all. "Oh," he mumbles.

"Approximately how far are we from our spot? We've been treading through this place for quite some time without much clear progress being made. It's rather tiring, honestly." Sacred asks, snapping his fingers to form a small barrier around him that allows him to levitate in lieu of walking.

"Probably a little farther," Chris laments.
