I hope you don't mind me joining this roleplay! I know it hasn't been active for awhile, but it looks like a fun one. My character's name is Maahes, but he'll be going by the name Leonardo "Leo" Carter for awhile. His description matches the second one I mentioned in his profile.
I'm thinking he's new to the town? Since he's not human himself, I think it would be funny for the town to try hiding its supernatural side from the tourist.
He surveyed the entrance to the town with a scrutinizing gaze. He had scouted it out earlier, but it looked unfamiliar with a pair of human eyes in the place of avian ones. It was strange how a change in perspective could change one's view of a place.
"Perhaps if you gave me a chance you would find me far more comprehending than you seem to believe me capable of," she answers dryly, disliking his condescension.
