I can't figure this part out. I want to act on the reviews, but without knowing how to edit my works, I have to either post a comment with a revised edition or sit there helplessly. Where do you find the button or whatever that lets you edit?

Look to the right of the screen, under your avatar. There should be a "Tools" heading, with a button called "Edit Work".
A writer is a world trapped in a person— Victor Hugo

Ink is blood. Paper is bandages. The wounded press books to their heart to know they're not alone.

"The trouble with Borrowing another mind was, you always felt out of place when you got back to your own body, and Granny was the first person ever to read the mind of a building. Now she was feeling big and gritty and full of passages. 'Are you all right?' Granny nodded, and opened her windows. She extended her east and west wings and tried to concentrate on the tiny cup held in her pillars."
— Terry Pratchett, Discworld: Equal Rites
