Creating a Group Pad or something?

I forgot what they are called, but I know groups can make a pad that you give the passwords to the members and they can write and edit with each other and other things. What are they called again and how can you make one? I hope I worded it well enough.

fun fact i hear my evil twin once wrote a story about a hacker who used the name fyshi33k bc there are 33k-ish species of fish and she liked phishing so fyshi-33k made sense but then she got super embarrassed when someone forced her to explain
