Excuse me kind sirs and madams, but could you please tell me what the correct response to 'STOP!' is? Thank you for your help in advance.

'No!'

Alternatively:

'Okay.'

Depends on what someone is saying stop to... what if they ask you to stop breathing *gasps!*

But ideally, when someone asks you to stop doing something, you stop doing it.

The proper response to "stop" is:

"Okay, sorry. Won't happen again."

Either 'eloquently put', 'the word of the ignorant', or 'I hate this game.'
Spoiler! :
I like people thinking that I have something so scandalous to say that I put it in spoiler tags, and I'm sorry that because of this selfish desire you were roped into reading this for not real lasting value.

I was going to say "In the name of love!", but "Hammertime" works too.
"Let's eat, Grandma!" as opposed to "Let's eat Grandma!": punctuation saves lives.

Jacob is correct. Evi's answer is acceptable. Prokaryote seems to state an additional phrase added by whoever orders whoever to stop. Another suitable response would be: It's Chico Time!
