Is there a way to create drafts, but not publish them when you can't upload any items until 24 hours? I tried through the Publishing Center, but the same message popped up. I want to know, because I'd like to be able to create drafts and have them here so when I can upload them I can do it quickly.

Hey Jared! The two item limit is only for the Review Day weekend. Once Review Day is over, you'll be able to upload an essentially unlimited amount of drafts.
