These were all taken with Black and White film (i didn't do anything to them on the computer, and to be honest, the real copies look a lot better) on my Pentax K1000 (yes, and oldy but goody). These are from the creek that runs through my backyard. Hope you enjoy them!

It looked like a jungle to me

Pretty straight shot of the general creek

Actually next to my house, not the creek....oh well

Much like picture #3, only not flowers

They all look kind of washed out. It seems like they would have turned out better in color. Light and rich color would have saved them, I think. As they are they're just kind of blah. Composition is okay, but they look almost tired to me, like they were left out in the sun too long.

^Oh I know, I had to scan these on the computer since they're prints. Didn't do terribly good things to them...which is a shame, I was rather proud of these too.

Yeah, I agree.

I like the closeups better, since for some reason all the landscapes looked blurry.

The last one was also a bit out of focus.

I did really like the composition of the photographs though.

See ya around!

Hi!

*blink blink* This is your backyard?!?!?!? I envy you!

I like the look of them in black and white, it looks like an awesome backyard. But I think color would look better on number four and number five.

Other than that, there is nothing else I can say! But that is an amazing yard!!! *Steals backyard*

...You lucky snot.

I want your backyard. All I have are two palo verde trees and a hammock. Not very exciting. -.-

The path up to the creek is the only one that isn't on the same level as the others. It's kind of hard to tell what's going on and it just looks like a bunch of dead foilage. Not that it is dead, but that's what it looks like. Kind of too busy to really discern what your focus is.

I love the others, though. They're all pretty wonderful. ^^

And the old camera = old school = awesomness.

I really would have liked to see these in color. This doesn't really seem black and white...they kind of seem rather washed out like they were overexposed. And about half of them aren't really focused, they are rather blurry all over the place...and it's hard to see the true effect, especially with the color.
