I've seen a couple of other art threads in this forum and thought it might be fun to make my own thread where I can share my random sketches and doodles. So.. here it is.

I'm always open to constructive criticism or suggestions (I'd actually really love any kind of feedback if you have ideas on how I could improve my art).

I also love drawing characters, so I'd be up to taking a sketch request every once in a while if I have time. Or if anyone wants to do an art trade..? Anything art-related, just feel free to message me.

I'm honestly not very active (I maybe post.. every three months? lol), but that's where I post all my completed digital artworks. This thread will mostly be for doodles and sketches.

For a first post, here's some art for a comic I'm working on.

I'm in the planning stage of making a fantasy comic. Recently, I've been designing the main cast of characters.

The story's temporary title is "Chasing Shadows". It's not a super creative title, but if I can't come up with a better name for it over the next couple weeks... I'll just go with that lol

More spoopy art- I made this one for a school art project.



The prompt was to make an over-sized mixed media piece based on an object from your bedroom- so I used a jewelry box full of little things I collected when I was a little kid (a crawdad claw, barbie doll shoes, bullet casings, sand dollars, hair bands...) and glued some of the stuff to the piece. The rest was made with paper, charcoal, & acrylic.

Drew a portrait as a gift for a cute little boy named Arick. His favorite color is blue, so I chose a blue background.

The vibrancy and shading and textures!!! <3 <3 This is insanely beautiful!

I really like how it turned out- I haven't done traditional art in a long while but I after doing this one I think I'd like to try doing more traditional pieces. Colored pencils have a texture that I miss when I do digital art.
