Yeah, @Madwriter7 is doing one of these cover businesses too, but it looked quite fun. So, I thought, why not? It doesn't hurt to have two cover businesses on the YWS!

So, basically, here's the form.

Code: Select all
Title:

Genre:

Basic things about the novel I need to know to make the cover work nicely:

Name/Pen Name:

Ideas? Color Scheme? Links to pictures, if you have that? (Just make sure it's a large, high quality picture if you link me, because no one wants a pixelated cover):

Anything else you need me to know:

I'm thinking this will be quite fun. However, I may need to resize the covers a bit to get them to fit in here. XD

Examples of covers? Here you go. But I did crop my name out of them, just so you know. Here are three covers that I did for one of my novels.

Yikes, this image quality is low. Maybe it's just the image. o.o

2__1456935297_72.159.134.98.jpg
Er, yeah, this is better.

3__1456935438_72.159.134.98.jpg
I rather like this one too...

I think my favorites are the second and third.

So, uh, anyway. Feel free to request away! :)
My pronouns are they/them.

I've done a lot of requesting for covers lately (not all on YWS, and mostly because some don't get it done or other reasons) but I'ma request one from you for another story I have.

Title: AVALON

Genre: Historical Fiction, High Fantasy, Science Fiction and a bit of dystopian

Basic things about the novel I need to know to make the cover work nicely: It's a historical fiction high fantasy novel set in the fictional continent of Avalon which is home to a large amount of kingdoms and civilizations (most of which are real ones). The prominent civilizations are the Romans, Britons (Medieval British), Carthaginians, Scandinavians (Vikings), Seleucids (Hellenic Assyrians) and the Mali (from the Empire of Mali),

Name/Pen Name: TJ MAXWELL

Ideas? Color Scheme? Links to pictures, if you have that? (Just make sure it's a large, high quality picture if you link me, because no one wants a pixelated cover): In the centre I'd like to have a (dented) Roman Legionnaire's helmet with two swords crossed behind it (like a jolly roger, one sword is a Gladius and the other is a Xiphos)

Anything else you need me to know: The background can be any color, just as long as the main parts of the cover are easy to see. Oh and have the text in white font.

@Kingly342 I'll see if I can get it done! However, I've been unable to do much on YWS at all lately, but I have an account on http://www.writingforums.org that I can use to send the finished product to you. My name is Skye Walker on there, and if you shoot me a message to remind me, I'll be sure to get it done.

Also, my cover-making skills have... definitely increased since then. Heh..

By Mars! I have an account there too! Haven't used it in a while though but I'll message you about it on their right after this.

The most important thing is to preserve the world we live in. Unless people understand and learn about our world, habitats, and animals, they won't understand that if we don't protect those habitats, we'll eventually destroy ourselves.
