Brag about how high it is, complain about how low it is, promise us it'll get higher — how many words do you have so far?

To start us off: I've got 2008 words. I hit my daily quota, so I'm off to do homework.

I hit my quota of 1,700 words and then some today. I even finished chapter one, mostly because it was a good place to stop. Not bad for my first day of my first time at the NaNoWriMo.

Shut up, Jack. :P

2380 words, and still working.

Much better than my first day last year, where I only got 384 words. (Imp, don't worry about it! You can still make it up!)

Hehehe, but mine doesn't count -- it's a completion of last year's NaNo, so though I'm adherring to the deadlines and rules for NaNo, I reliquish all claim to the lead to Jack.
