Keep reading, it’s just the start of the show!
And as for how far this tale will go…
Well, even the cat doesn’t know.

Winter's Twelfth Night says...

Twilight: A clichéd character (Bella) is stalked by a handsome "vegetarian" vampire (Edward) which somehow leads to them falling in love and almost ends with Bella's death caused by the carelessness of Edward.

Long sentence! Sorry Twilight lovers. Don't hate me. :D
Mamillius: Merry or sad shall’t be?
Hermione: As merry as you will.
Mamillius: A sad tale’s best for winter. I have one
Of sprites and goblins.

(^^^^ best book I've read in a really long time. I totally recommend it. I couldn't put it down for like four hours :D)
It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.

The Great Gatsby: Nick comes to New York and meets a bunch of awful, rich people, and a mysterious, also rich, but mysteriously-so, stranger called Gatsby, who throws insanely tacky parties.

I read it, and couldn't help but wish that Daisy would be run over by a steamroller. Then the entire cast. But Daisy first.
This guy is so evil you could put him in between two slices of bread and call him an evil sandwich.

Coming at you like a jetpack Shakespeare.

Just to clarify, this one is NOT MINE, taken almost directly from "A Very Potter Musical":

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Three 17-year-olds search for horcruxes hidden somewhere around the mundane British countryside; their search contains months of depressing camping, breaking into Gringotts and the Ministry of Magic and drinking boatloads of Polyjuice Potion.

Just wanted to post that because I think it's hilarious.

This one's mine:

Alice's adventures in wonderland: A curious girl falls down a rabbit hole and meets a variety of dreamlike crazy characters including the Mad Hatter, who is stuck in a neverending tea time, and the Queen of Hearts, who chops off the head of anyone who so much as sneezes at her.
Imagination is the one weapon in the war against reality.
-Jules de Gaultier
Humans have not always been the superior race to walk this Earth...
-The Sidhe prince Delbáeth

The last of the human freedoms is to choose one's attitudes.
