Spoiler! :

Under the broken stars, I breathe in
One more burst of light.
Colors whirl like apocalyptic galaxies,
hurling shards from across the night.

I closed my eyes and saw dulled visions,
Cascading, smiling like lost people who have someone
far away, waiting on a lovely windowsill.
Staring that way they look through
the darkened window, hoping against all galaxies,
showing

it's
you should know i am a time traveler &
there is no season as achingly temporary as now
but i have promised to return

Spoiler! :

So sorry, but on free poem inside lol

Laying on a couch,
Voices ringing in my ears.
I concentrate.
Look into my thoughts, as they call it.

I see nothing, feel nothing,
Until I see a shadow of light.
It answers my question,
Which all others has asked me.

"Your mind is broken. That is what is wrong with you."

And now to the actual thing.

Staring that way they look through
the darkened window, hoping against all galaxies,
showing it's longing for home.
And memories flash before my befuddled mind.

The simple truth is that authors like making people squirm. If this weren't the case, all novels would be filled completely with cute bunnies having birthday parties.

Words are pale shadows of forgotten names. As names have power, words have power. Words can light fires in the minds of men. Words can wring tears from the hardest hearts.
