Welcome one, welcome all, to the Nebulae, the largest city in the world! My name is Ktharsis, I'm the head manager of all new recruits. So, let's call this your orientation, eh? You've all signed up here for one reason or another, but some of you still don't know what it is you'll be doing here! Well, some call Nebulae the "city of horror", but no one really explains why. That reason is all of you lot, all you daemons, cursed men, reapers, sowers of death, and mutants! This organization has existed since the start of time itself, and your goal is to preserve the balance of this world.

If you haven't already, introduce yourself to your new colleagues, I think you will find one another to be quite interesting. Some rules! Keep your murderous tendencies down, we get some of you are literal monsters, but we are trying to run a business or two within the city. Some of you will be assigned to the more direct business fronts, but the rest of you will be working behind closed doors. You will all be training and perfecting your abilities, and for the most part, will be confined to districts of the city.

Assignments for you all! The "Horizons" company owns the entire city, in fact, the CEO holds ownership of everything and everyone. The main job of all new recruits will be limited to a few sectors. The sectors are in close proximity to one another, so don't worry if you've already made friends, you can keep them. Sector 1 houses our fine clothing and fashion markets, plenty of world-class bars, and of course, transportation vendors. This sector is classified as the "high life" area, so if you have always wanted to act like a true gentleman, or woman, this sector is probably for you.

For those of you who like to work on the more modern things, Sector 2 is for you. It houses art galleries, private studios, auditoriums, restaurants, and large warehouses which can be used to grow a private business. Finally, for those of you who don't quite know what to do, Sector 3 is for you. This sector allows for you to work anywhere you would like, from our corporate board to a simple street vendor.

Remember, your goal here is to protect the city, should it fall all of humanity is doomed to live in darkness. As long as you do that, and of course enjoy the work you do when off duty, everything will work out just fine. In this city, you can be anyone, anything you want. We fund it out of our pocket, and you help preserve the balance. You may all be horrifying monsters, outcasts and the like, but there is no better city to be than here if you want to live a "normal" life.
