You love roleplaying. You feel a thrill when stepping into the shoes of someone else, and interacting with other roleplayers through their characters. But for reasons you don't understand, your escape from reality becomes your new reality.
Background:
Before the life changing day, you used to roleplay almost 24/7. If you worked, you would roleplay during your lunch breaks. If you went to school, you would roleplay in the halls during passing time. Your newest roleplay was set in a world called Truven. You were starting to became close to the other roleplayers through their characters, like usual. Some of the other roleplayers and you had done roleplays together.
You made the decision to stay up late and roleplay. When you finally went to bed, you felt strange. You foolishly ignored it. When you woke up the next day, you were no longer in your bed. You were in the body of your character.
Characters:
You need to create two separate character profiles: One for your character, and one for theirs. Put a capital R next to the character your character is roleplaying as. PM me if you have any questions regarding what species are acceptable. For the most part, any species you want should work.
Some of the following categories only apply to your character's character, so you can skip them if they don't apply to your character. Also, your character, and your character's character can be different genders.

Setting:
The story begins in the Misty Forest, which surrounds the farm town of Drey. There is no known paths through the Misty Forest. Monsters supposedly roam it once night
falls, and with its twisted trees and mist, it looks like something straight out of a horror movie.
Rules:
1.) All characters have to be able to die somehow, even if it's from something like Achilles' heel in Greek mythology.
2.) Be polite to the other members of the SB.
3.) All characters should have realistic powers, if any. Mary Sue can't have the power to destroy the world, for example.
4.) Use correct grammar and spelling.
5.) If you want to kill off a character, check with the character's creator.
6.) Sex is not allowed. Keep it T, please.
7.) Swearing is allowed.
8.) You can use whatever tense you want, along with first person or third person, as long as you use the same tense and point of view throughout the storybook.
9.) Some people have said before to not control other people's characters, but since we're all collaborating here, you have to do that to a certain degree. So here's a compromise: Be prepared for their creator to correct you if their character was out-of-character (OOC). Also, to avoid possible OOC characters, try to talk with their creators or wait until you know their character better before making them say anything.
10.) Have fun, of course!
