PLOT:
It’s the year 2100. There’s advanced technology everywhere, and third world countries no longer existed. There wasn’t a place on the planet without some form of various tech. People had portable computers strapped to their arms with the all the power of a modern desktop and more. Everything ran off clean energy sources, like solar, wind, and even the newly adaptable power of nuclear fusion.
There was peace worldwide, until one day, something happened. Russia, the world’s leading user of nuclear power, had misfired multiple extremely powerful nuclear warheads in Africa, destroying most of the continent. The remainder of Africa declared war on Russia, and the entirety of Asia, which were all very nuclear focused areas of the world.
Europe, now all united under the empire of Grand Puissant, declared war on Africa after they attacked their ally Russia. Fearing that the Americas would side against them, the countries of Asia worked together to create a devastating nuclear weapon that would destroy the entirety of both North and South America. Upon hearing this news, the United States detained all Asian citizens and forced them into the army. The United States sent these forces to attack China.
After realizing the force of the US’s powerful weaponry, Russia, China, Mongolia, North Korea, South Korea, and Japan joined forces to attack Alaska. After this, the United States sold Alaska to Canada in order to have a much needed ally for when the Asian forces attacked. Once the US and Canadian forces defeated the Asian armies during the Alaskan Ice War, the group of Asian countries (now known as the Qiangda Confederacy) launched out one hundred nuclear bombs worldwide, ending the third world war.
Thirty of those bombs found their way to the United States, leaving the country in absolute shambles. 1.5 billion people were killed in the US alone, leaving the remaining seven hundred million people to fend for themselves in a nuclear wasteland.
Our story takes place three hundred years after WWIII, in the wastelands of the US. Six powerful groups have colonized the empty wastes, and control the areas.

On this map, the six groups are represented by colours. Blue represents the Mountaineers, a peaceful group intent on studying the ways of the past in order to re-establish the US. The green represents Greenway Acquisitions, a group that is mostly peaceful, and wants to create a prosperous land made of farms and small villages. The red represents the Lone Star Pact, a group which is very powerful. They control a very large chunk of land, and simply want to stay seperate from the rest of the groups. The purple represents The Third Tempest, a group which blindly follows the commands of their leader Alexander VI, who follows in the ways of the Greek leader Alexander The Great (Alexander III). The orange represents the Los Sangles Alliace, the last of a government party formed back before the bombs fell which was created to ensure the safety of the west coast. Finally, the yellow represents The Remnants, which are the last remaing of the original government of the US. They are a very secretive group, and their intentions are unknown besides that they want to have all of the Americas under their rule.

There are ten slots for main characters, including mine. That means there's currently nine remaining open slots.
Anyways, I'm looking forward to this storybook and definitely looking forward to your characters!
I usually come to the RUINS because no one's around, but...
Today I met someone really nice.
