An angel, a knight, a man who will bring light to where there is only darkness, I am the Morning Star, the Bringer of Light, hail to me as I am King Lucifer!
Name: Rand Gambol Age: 18 Gender: Male. Race: Grey Warlock Appearance: Tall with a lanky build, he appears fragile but is actually extremely strong and durable. He has dark brown hair that he wears short. He has a full and a seemingly ageless face marred by a scar on his left cheek. His eye's are a a forest green and seem to shift like light playing through leaves. He wears a thin under shirt and a thick leather vest over that. He wears dark brown light leather pants with a magic symbol on the front of each leg. Rand wears a belt that keeps his sword behind him and his staff at his back. Personality: He is a laid back happy guy. He's genuinely nice to everyone and will bend over backwards to help a friend. Rand cares little for the hatred of others and in general will always try to be a peace keeper. Rand's strength are in his abilities to love, forgive, and understand; he views no one as greater than himself or lesser regardless of his power. His greatest flaw is his own overconfidence in his power he believes that he could conquer any enemy. Rand's loves are in his hobbies aside from being a charming romantic he genuinely enjoys poetry, literature, and music of all varieties. His time is often absorbed in these and in entertaining people, Rand's greatest delight is in people's smiles. Power: Rand specializes in using elemental magics particularly fire and water. His greatest strengths are in healing and manipulating lights and shadows to create images and use them for distractions. Rand uses one summoning to great affect. He can summon an army of shadow warriors as their name implies they are comprised of shadows and darkness. The shadow warriors strike lightening fast and are deadly assassins. Combat skill or weapon: While he can use his shadows for combat needs his skills are great as well. Rand is skilled with his sword and can channel fire in to it making it a blade capable of melting through steel. He can also rap himself in flames during battle and is fierce in hand to hand combat. History: Rand was raised by his father in a small village. His father was the village healer and protector he had mastered camouflaging the entire village as though it were a ruin to protect it from potential invaders. He trained Rand from a young age making him a capable fighter. Rand set out to explore the world at the age of 16. He worked as a traveling bard and occasional healer. Rand remains neutral in most things and unless he or a friend are threatened he doesn't normally result to violence. Rank: Rand seems to be of little importance but due to his kind nature and giving spirit, he has rubbed elbows with several nobles from many different colonies. His alliance seems to be to none but his own happiness. Up for Love?: Yes and he's straight. Other: Rand keeps a talking falcon as a companion and is one of his most trusted friends.

Appearance: Long, wavy brown hair, dark blue (almost violet) eyes, and light freckles on her nose. She's about 5'8" and slender with long legs. Light tan skin. She usually wears a dark purple or a dark blue dress with a black laced corset, a black cloak, black gloves, and black lace up boots. She loosely ties part of her hair out of her face with a purple or blue ribbon.
Personality: Calm, quiet, very deliberate with every move she makes. Very friendly, but prefers to be on her own most of the time. Used to be a very peaceful person, but now that they're on the brink of war, she's ready to fight. A nurturing and caring person, she stops what she's doing when someone needs her. She's generally light-hearted and sweet, and gets along with most people.
Power: Healing, limited mind control, control of plants and animals. She can heal herself and other people, so long as she/they hold still. Using mind control, she can force people to tell the truth, and even control their actions for a while. She can have complete control over plants and animals.
Combat skill or weapon: Her best skill is healing/poisons. She knows remedies for just about every poison, and her healing powers are very strong. She is also very good at archery and throwing knives. She's very stealthy and light on her feet, making her an excellent assassin. She uses a sword as a last resort, but prefers archery or hand to hand combat.
History: Her mother was a white witch and her father was a white warlock. They lived pretty comfortably and happily, but when she was ten her parents were murdered while she was in school. She never learned who the murderer was, but she vowed to have her revenge eventually. Lilia was sent to live with her Uncle Abenthy, a grey warlock, shortly after her parents died.
Abenthy was an assassin, and he taught his little niece all he knew, knowing that there was a war approaching and she should know how to defend herself. He taught her how to strengthen her powers, and how to channel all of her energy and focus into what she was doing. She also learned how to shoot a bow and arrow, properly ride a horse, hand-to-hand combat, throw knives, and herbology. She learned poisons, remedies, and even which parts of a plant are edible.
At seventeen, she told her uncle that it was time for her to go off on her own now. He told her the only way he would let her leave would be if she could find him and hunt him down like a true assassin. She agreed, but after nearly three days of searching for him in the forest, she almost gave up. She came home, feeling dejected, to find Abenthy fixing his supper. "Always look in the most obvious of places," he said. "Because it's the last place they expect you to find them."
She's been on her own for nearly two years now.

Other: She has a black horse named Rei that she rides when she travels. She does odd jobs for money, and has worked as an assassin several times before. She hides blades in her fingerless gloves and boots.

The clasp is shaped as a tornado and made of silver. Personality: Her greatest flaw is her rage. When she's angry, her eyes glow bright blue and a twister builds up around her with her in the center of the vortex. Other than her destructive rage, she's a child at heart and a sweet woman to talk to. She loves birds and is a master of the bob white call. What can calm this young storm-brewer is music of any kind except rap music. Rap will only enrage her further and the results can be very disasterous. Power: Maria, as her nickname suggests, can create a twister in the wake of her rage. The twister increases strength the more she's enraged. She's capable of flying with the wind by the aid of her cloak and uses the wind as a weapon whether she's angry or not. Combat skill or weapon:

She uses this as both a weapon and a wand. Because her power is from the element of wind, she uses her bo staff as a wand to command the wind and a weapon for battle. History: Maria is from a long line of Black witches and warlocks and only children on her father's side of her roots. Her mother was formerly a Grey witch. Maria was brought up in Oklahoma where she was taught magic from her father's mother. She was orphaned at two years old and often questioned her grandparents about her parents. Her power to create twisters surfaced when she was twelve. She was furious at her grandparents for avoiding her questions and a twister began to form in the house. After she was told her parents were killed, she asked who did it. Her grandparents pinned the blame on a stranger who was wandering around the neighborhood at the time - the current renegade vampire Lester Shiva. Maria's been on the hunt ever since and her grandparents kept doing their best to help her control her temper - the main source of her power of creating twisters. She had a boyfriend once at sixteen, but she went in a rage when she caught him cheating on her with a man. Despite that incident, she's willing to take a shot at love. Personality: Despite the fact that he dabbles in the realm of black magic, he is very sensitive, but covers it up with his humor. He is very flirtatious. Any woman, in his eyes, deserves to experience both love and pain. This open flirtatiousness will lead to his downfall because he will fall in love with the wrong woman, and she might not have those same feelings. Power: His last name, Agnimukha, means "face of fire", his middle name, Akanksha, means "desire" These two words are where he gets his powers. His main element is known as Heart. Using his words, he is able to manipulate anyone, but what originates as magically induced emotion always becomes real. His other form of fighting is using fire, which he can breath out of his nose and mouth. This illustrates that the worlds best weapon can be your mouth. His flame colors correspond with his mood and his clothing scheme. However, it is almost always green or black. Combat skill or weapon: he usually sticks to his powers, but will use a snub-nosed revolver, a pushdagger, or brass knuckles of some sort. History: He was born into the white clan, but when his impoverished parents found him dabbling in the dark arts, they chose to keep it a secret. He was eventually found out and his parents were executed, when he was about to be killed, the royal family of the black clan rescued him and raised him. Rank: He is a spy. Up for Love?: Yes!
