Introductions? I'll do much more than that. He is my character. But I won't start anything, don't worry. I'll just set his personality and emphasize the control he has over everything. He does know of the rebels, correct?

Monarchical: he's the supreme ruler, as king, and governs through a feudal system, or, which is what I prefer, given the situation:
A communist goverment, where all property is state property, and this, of course, extends to currency, houses, and everything.

Also, am I allowed to create the magic system for this?
