So correct me if I get this wrong please. This assessment is more or less to see how well students already control themselves, how long they can hold on in a battle, and where they stand? That's what I get from this anyway.

Charlie Daniels was raised by his mother who was a dragonologist, so he's been raised without the knowledge of flight. He may have wings, but he just doesn't know how to fly. He needs somebody to teach him how to fly.
