I've watched the live action film as well as some of the Last Airbender cartoons, but none of the Legend of Korra cartoons. I may have to be educted on Chi blockers

Well, they're (as far as my limited knowledge extends to) an organization in Legend of Korra that act like Ty Lee in the first season, the Last Airbender.
