Could I just ask why Haymitch, Effie, Finnick and Gale are mentors in the 65th Hunger Games?

Dah don't ask me I'm not the guy who chose the mentor's. Ignorance won't be back until monday.

Attention, all. Since Finnick won the 65th annual Hunger Games, I have moved the Games to the 67th. Oh, and I will be changing the arena, since the mountain theme doesn't work for me. There must be wood to burn!
