Now we can brainstorm.
I'm going to PM the people that aren't posting and ask them if they wanna join again. If they don't, feel free to create a new character. Or control another. I'll post a list of which characters can still be taken.

I think Prince Marten, Johnny, and Melody are pretty important in the plot about now. But you could recruit more back in for some variety.

Also, we need to discuss why Prince Marten would want to capture everyone. Maybe we ought to see if the person controlling him wants back in first and get their opinion.

Oh and I was thinking that Peter and Ana's parents were elves, but then left the elvin city/village/place to have their own farm. This could eventually develop into some sort of controversy I suppose, I haven't thought it out very much.

Maybe some of the characters who are elves could be contacted? As it seems we may be able to use them back in the story soon.

Well, PhantomofthePotter posted saying that they were dropping out, so Wren is automatically gone.

And I'm not sure what Marten could want. I understand about Ana and Melody, being the thieves and all, but I don't know what he would want with Mikael. Also, it seemed like he already solved his problem with Luke, so I'm not sure what he'd want with him either.

Actually, as I just remembered (lol), Marten went to the farm and *kinda* solved his problem with Ana and Melody, even though she wasn't there at the time. I guess he'd want the whereabouts of Johnny, since he took it, which he would have to give the whereabouts of Samuel, because Samuel took it from Johnny *takes a breath* So I think we need Samuel back too.

Maybe? Um...lol I don't know. I confused myself XD

Also, Arya, if you're still controling Lyla, she could have known Peter and Ana's parents. Or something lol

OMG. Now I am confused. But Ill pm Samuel's person. I think the Lyla thing is a good idea. Only how?

Um...They could have been friends. And Lyla helped them get away and start the farm. Or something like that. I think it should be up to you guys, since they're your characters, but I'm happy to help ^^

Concerning Prince Marten and his ill wishes towards the characters...

Ana and Melody = theives and therefore law breakers

Johnny = he has his sword or something

Luke = also a theif (king) and therefore a law breaker

Mikeal = some strange vampire who kills people for the greater good of all (including many of Prince Marten's soldiers)

Everyone else = just thrown in the mess with their friends

We could easily dream up some other idea that would cause Prince Marten to want these people gone. Some sort of ideas could be like: he's just crazy and wants to get rid of people, even innocent ones; there could be some sort of greater conspiracy (ex. relatives who were involved in some sort of cult or order bent on destroying the government); or some other wild and crazy thing.

I don't know, we could just make it whatever.

Lol well he seems like too good a guy to be crazy. We could tie Samuel in somehow, like Marten's trying to protect them from him. Maybe because they've all had contact with Johnny, and since Samuel didn't find Marten where Johnny told him that he'd be and he's now hunting him down, they could be greatly threatened by him. And Marten knows this, and wants to protect Johnny and everyone who could know where he's at. Or something lol.

Or maybe he doesn't know who has come in contact with him, and he's capturing people and asking if they've seen/talked to/come into contact with him. Then it happens that Peter knew Johnny so Marten keeps him there (wherever 'there' is) until they can get rid of Samuel.

Well, I'd be happy to make a character on Marten's side, who could help us out. Kinda like a mole lol on the inside. Someone close to him, like a general? Or some other high ranking official? And he could be related to Peter and Ana, like their uncle or something, and he wants to rescue Peter. And he could break Peter out, then distract the guards so they can leave, and Nightfall can escort him away.

You know, or something

This kind of goes along with what you said (or maybe exactly what you said lol). Marten is trying to track down Samuel, and since Johnny met with Samuel or had his sword or whatever, he is after Johnny. But since Johnny is currently MIA, he is capturing his 'friends' so he can lure in Johnny and therefore lure in Samuel.

That could work.

And I like the idea of a character on the inside, whether he is related to Peter and Ana or not (related could possibly be more believable, or maybe Peter and Ana don't know he's related to them or something.) But you already have two characters don't you, Rayne? I wouldn't want you to be overwhelmed with three or anything. Maybe someone with only one character would like to make one on the inside?

Haha that was close. I like the idea of him trying to lure Johnny more than mine lol.

Well...the only person that has only one character is Skull, with Mikael. Unless Arya isn't going to bring Lyla back in. So if they wants to make the inside source, it's cool. If not though, it isn't a problem Nightfall and Daybreak usually get posted on one character, so it'd be kinda like just having two XD

Lyla knew Peter and Ana's parents who were elf's.
Prince Marten wants to kill everyone or capture them or help them - I'm not quite sure with that, confused, to many ideas.
A officer, who wants to help us.

Prince Marten needed Luke to find the whereabouts of Samuel, dudes. Just so you know. But he's kinda disappeared.

Oh, we need some sort of antagonist at the moment. I have an evil character, if you want me to post her. I can find a way to integrate her into the story Or if you have a place where I can put her, that would be cool.

Well, if Marten wanted to get Samuel's whereabouts out of Luke, why were his soldiers trying to shoot him and hang him? O_o

And about the Johnny thing: When Samuel spoke with Johnny, he told him that if he didn't find Marten at the inn, where Johnny said he would be, then he'd come back and kill him. Well, Marten had left the inn by the time that Samuel got there, so it means that he's going to go kill Johnny now, because he thinks that he lied. So Johnny is on the run from him now, and all of our characters have come into contact with him, one way or another. And if Samuel is hunting him down, and he knows that our characters have met Johnny, he may do the same thing to us; have us tell him where he's at and kill us if he isn't there. So what Marten is trying to do is get us in the confines of his castle so that Samuel will look for us there. And if he's there, Marten and Samuel will meet up and whatever has to happen between them can happen.

I know it's difficult to understand, and I guess you'd have to be behind the idea to know for sure what's going on, but is it a little clearer now? Oh, I hope so
