Anyway I was thinking since Alex died maybe Seth can tweak it so Matt is arrested for murder or man slaughter. Would cause some conflict and would be quite smart if this was Seth plan from the get go. He never actually planned on having Alex kill them. Like a game of chess he thinks several moves ahead.

I like it... Then, we could make a riot against Matt's imprisonment or even, he 'd go and get him in the middle of the night. Or, we could become a crime scene agents and get a reason to free Matt. Matt could become a serial killer.
no, Matt wont ever kill someone else, if anything happens at all, he will voluntarily go to prison, and await a trial.
