I need to read all the lore for this before designing a character but I just had to say it

Oh I love Cyra’s! It really captures that swirling orange and green I imagine.

heyo peeps! I just added the rules to the roleplay, I'll add them below as a spoiler ^^



I'll also explain some of them really quick.

-No backwards posting

So, back when I first started roleplaying on YWS, there was a popular style of roleplaying where everyone wrote a scene in their pov, adding their character's thoughts and inner dialogue to a scene. And, while that added a lot of character depth, it ended up slowing the storybooks back then to a halt, where the plot wouldn't progress and the roleplays ended up dying tragically.

So, my rule of no backwards posting really just means that we should try not to reiterate the same scene over and over again/basically that all posts should further the plot at least a little bit ^^ there are definitely exceptions to that, especially since we're focusing on a more character driven, school style roleplay.

-Liking posts

This is more of a personal thing, but liking story posts once you've read them just lets me know where everyone is in the story ^^

-Faster pace

For those of you who have been a part of my roleplays, you know that they can be pretty long in between posts. For RP Month and in general, I'd really like to get faster posts so everyone can get a chance to write this month that might mean shorter posts, and that's okay ^^ I also emphasize collaboration, so we can get closer as writers as our characters interact. In that same vein, writing for other characters is allowed, but make sure that you get the writer's permission before posting ^^
