I think the first post would count towards the word count. I’m free at both of those times, Mailice, if we start an hour later on each.

I also plan to write in third person; I think for the first post, it's just a matter of how many perspectives in the third person we include/whether it's from one person's perspective, multiple ones, or it's just an objective narrator describing generalizations/NPCs.

I think we can have more discussion about this during the meeting in the WFP, but I think the first posts could be like, a day in the life of each character and then they somehow end up at the speakeasy that night. I think it makes the most sense to start on the day of the murder rather than before. Those are just my thoughts, though, and I think it would make sense to have a discussion before beginning.

In terms of those times - I could probably catch the tail end of them, and by the tail end, I mean like, the last fifteen minutes. If they work for everyone else, though, I could try to find a way to be on for longer. I am in favor of moving them an hour later, but I don't want to keep you up too late, Mailice!!

So, would

or
fit for you all? If it gets a bit later I will probably only be around for half an hour or so.

(I usually would work from home to be here later in the evening/night, but I also put my appointments down on the first half of the week for staff interviews for a new employee.)

The later time would work best for me, I think.

The first time I can do for an hour and a half, and the second one I can do for ~30 minutes!

We could start with the first suggested time and whoever joins later helps to do the rest for the first post? A bit like working in shifts? :D

I finished the first post! If you guys want to read it, please do, because I feel like the ending's a little abrupt. Once everyone's OK-ed it we can post it! :)

I'll start on Aloysius's post sometime tonight.

The first post looks great! I'll follow shortly after you with Caroline's, @looseleaf!

I was also getting caught up on the chat and I like what you guys are thinking for the interior of the speakeasy!

Looking forward to it all!

Thanks @SoullessGinger and @ShadowVyper!!

I'll post the first post first thing tomorrow morning so Plume and Mailice have a chance to look at it. I also finished Aloysius's first post for now (it's under the first post in the WFP), but if you guys think it should be longer, please tell me. :)

I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life's realities.
