I was going to use an adapted version of my character, Raleigh. Would a tiefling be alright in this setting? I could make them human if that's needed

It might be better to do a human (or human-looking) character for this! But thank you so much for asking--I didn't even think of that before you asked. >>

Edit: On second thought, a tiefling would probably work! I wouldn't want a full party of tieflings, but a single tiefling in a seemingly human cast works for me.

@ChesTacos is interested in doing this roleplay, so now we just have to wait for his character to appear! Then we can move our group into the town and have the townspeople interact with them.
