Great! I finally got a post up. :)

Maybe neither one can find anything on the town when they log into something like a guest account, but take some time and have a bonding moment while they check the computers out? It would be fun to have the two really catch up, especially now that they have such similar jobs. :)

I don't watch D.C., so I was thinking about the fairytale. But, now I'm interested in looking into how the Pied Piper and the Flash are related.

I actually haven't watched all that much DC, but one of my friends is into The Flash and posts on Tumblr about the Pied Piper sometimes! I think he's a reformed villain that's friends with Wally West's Flash, but I'm not entirely sure. He does seem pretty chill, though. :)

Also, I love how both Annabeth and Edward agree that they should go somewhere else, but have no idea where that somewhere else is. :P

I read on your wall that your area is getting the hurricane too. We’re hoarding tons of food at my house lol. I hope you and your family stay safe during the storm.

Thanks. <333 My family has a habit of saving up food, so the majority of our prep today has been digging a trench to avoid flooding and getting everything loose somewhere where it won't fly away.

I hope you're family stays safe, too. <333 It'll definitely be a rough next twenty-four hours.

Hmm, what else can I be doing except my essay? Writing the next post, of course!

I figured we spent enough time at the library without having the characters go through every single file, but I couldn't think of a creative way to have Annabeth or Edward realize they needed to find the journals at the town hall.

But, until then, I'll be dying in the corner as my college applications dust :)

Roleplaying is hands down one of the best ways to procrastinate. :P Good luck with your college applications, though!

And I really love your post. Edward will definitely make the comparison in my next post, but Schadel has a habit of suddenly running off when she gets ideas for their cases, too. :)

This is very much belated, but I love your last post! I'll try to get one up soon, but I just realized I'm not sure if we decided what exactly the book would say. Should we follow the Pied Piper theme we had earlier? >>

Too often we crave the extraordinary in life, without even learning how to cherish the ordinary first. Friend, I promise you this: if you can learn to take joy in the simple mundane things in life, the extraordinary will take care of itself, it'll be on its way, hurrying towards you. But if you skip the first part, it'll ever evade you.
— Arcticus
