I have a feeling the next post might be a long one, so it'll probably be a little bit before I get my post up. If anyone wants to sneak some extra conversations in before then, feel free to! I'd never object to characters bonding.
This is very much belated, but thanks! @Valkyria's and your posts were really good.
I posted, by the way! I realized I never figured out how they were getting to the Book Club, so I just came up with an explanation for that on the fly, too. I thought it would be fun if the group had to walk through the streets while looking like their costumes - it was something the predecessor to this roleplay almost had, but we never got that far.
Feel free to skip ahead to them leaving the graveyard and walking in the streets!
I didn't get a chance to reply here right after your last post went up, @HarryHardy, but I see that James has the brain cell right now. I can't see how something like this would ever go horribly wrong! xD
I just realized I forgot to mention it in my last ooc post, but the reason Rew is so thrown off by the amount of children trick-or-treating with their parents is that he last visited Earth in the 1980s/1990s. I'm not sure how many kids went out on their own on Halloween back then, but I'm assuming parents weren't as involved on Halloween.
I posted again! I had a fun idea for how to speed up the search for the library. Since our characters are currently using an illusion spell that relies entirely on Puck's ability to focus on the spell, maybe he gets distracted and they have to run to the library so no one notices them?
