Also, was there any specific cause of the apocalypse, or was it just a series of things over time that are progressively getting worse?

Well, the cause of the downfall was the virus "Black Cotton". I guess you could say everything is getting worse; but since some plants animals, and humans were dying everything is just dying along with it. Like in my post I mentioned the TV stations going down as well as the radio stations, and even the electric companies cutting off the outlet power. Everything is just slowly getting worse as time goes on without a cure.

I can do the next post. Is everyone up for the water going out? XD

@XxXTheSwordsmanXxX omg yes! that was something i’d expect to happen soon. along with them having to go out and get more food rations by either raiding an abandoned store or something

I guess I have to ask...is this virus air borne? Or is it something more like physical contact?

@XxXTheSwordsmanXxX If it was airborne I feel like they'd be dying off already now, since they've had to leave their apartments to get stuff before (i assume)

It was my understanding it would be a physical contact thing, like germs/bacteria. So if they touched something that one of the sick people touched, kind of thing.

Or at least, that's what I think makes the most sense? But obviously @DivinePrincess has the final say/knows what they want!

I agree with you. But I also feel that, even with all the chaos of how this went down, that our group would know how this virus is contracted.
