Also on another note, Ranning, Saemaro, Andarat, and Pyrada all require both a ruler and two High Council members per kingdom. Aro needs just its 2 Council members. Whoever is in the respective country can make up those people's names.

If you don't feel like making them up, just let me know in the DT and I'll think of something.

So like, my character's from Ranning, which means he has to know the ruler and the two High Council members, and these names I can make, is that it?

In that case, I propose Emperor Rah Arkavach as the ruler, Savanya Krish (female) and Renor Texavar as the High Council members.
